Now that I feel great and performing even better than before, it's no more of those delicious Pop-Tarts and Diet Coke for me prior to hitting the gym. Not gonna lie, I struggle with the junk food desires as most of the world. But have learned you have to fuel the body correctly. Training for the CrossFit Games in Madison as an almost 42 year old is one thing, but staying strong and having the will power to say no is a whole other battle.
