I've been taking the time in the gym to actually advance my performance. Nothing against bodybuilding, but as for me personally I just don't enjoy basic "lifting" and worrying SO much on gains or being lean. It's a hard adjustment to not be on a strict routine and to try a different approach at a fit lifestyle. Yes, I'll will still lift but I want to perform better...I've been working on handstands, a million different variations of planks, compound movements, bodyweight workouts, a little extra conditioning and enhancing my stability. And I'm heavily considering picking up some boxing classes in the area - or other athletic classes out of my norm #beyou #beactive #findyourhappy
