I often get asked what diet I follow or what I eat on a normal day. Well I simply track my macros. It differs every day and I never restrict myself from certain foods.
After calculating my average intake for the week, today I only had 1440 calories to play with. I thought I'd share my meals for the day as most people would think having such low calories means chicken and broccoli but I think once you understand food more, you can then consume higher volumes of food and you don't become a slave to a "diet".
By all means, if you want to spend your carbs/fats on a block of Cadbury's finest, go for gold Glenn Coco. Choose the foods that fuel your body and will enable you to function as optimally as possible. At the end of the day... eat what makes you happy! (Just don't go cray). I am lucky enough to know some incredible people that know the IIFYM game inside and out! If you're interested in knowing and understanding not only food better, but your body... do yourself a favour and give these guys a follow!! @protein_and_chemical
