Everyday we are the sum of our own thoughts as our thoughts become things and those things shape our lives. We are the masters of our own happiness.
This week's goal: Learn to acknowledge bad thoughts and/or emotions instead of letting them foster inside of you. Write them down as soon as the come and then let them go. Change your frequency and start to think of anything that brings you to a happy place, time and/or feeling and smile. Don't let unhappiness, stress, frustration or any other negative thing weigh you down for longer than 1 minute.
It's Sunday. The start of a new week. I like to use this time to sit down and think about how my week will play out. I imagine it in my head, plan my schedule and then set small goals like the one above. It sets my energy off right for the rest of the week.
